Minter D. Miller

Minter D. Miller, age 70, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 12, 2013 following a brief illness. He was born on November 19, 1942 in Buckhannon, WV to the late Paul and Lena Miller. Minter served his country during the Korean War under the U.S. Army and was a proud member of the Korean War Vets Association #138 and VFW Post #3383.

Minter is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Barbara K. Miller (nee Green) of Akron, daughters, Katherine (Frank) Catrone of Tipp City, OH and Mary (Christopher) Krosnick of North Canton, OH, 7 grandchildren, sisters, Martha Nicholson and Harriette Green, brother, Michael (Nanette) Miller, many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Garry and Paul Miller. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, September 20, 2013 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Rittman, Ohio.
