Molly Penix
Molly Penix, 77, passed away on January 6, 2006. Molly accepted the Lord and had been baptized in November. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Many lives were touched by Molly's generosity and kindness. Preceded in death by her husband Mose and brothers Fred, Lee, Ray, and Paul Fannin. Survivors include sons Ken (Lynne) and Larry (Sam); daughters Karen (Joe) Cybak and Michelle (Johnathan) Zizka; brother James (Shirley) Fannin; sisters Helen Fay Delong, Vadie Penix, Alice Meade, and Ina Cochran; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Essex Healthcare for their loving care and support. Calling hours will be Tuesday, 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral service Wednesday, 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Visiting Nurse, 3358 Ridgewood Rd.
