Myrtle Sines

Myrtle Sines, 95, of Tallmadge, has passed from this life to the next running into eternal freedom. She had strength of character, demonstrating unconditional love and leaving a legacy of faith and family. Myrtle was a lifetime cook serving Tallmadge Schools, Alsides Inc., and First Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls.

Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Jack. She is survived by daughters, Sharon (Richard) Underwood and Linda (Dale) Tubaugh; grandchildren, Mike (Shawn), Bill (Kim), John (Stephanie), Brian (Kathie), Tara (Bryan); 6 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 from 4-6 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A service honoring and remembering Myrtle's life will follow at 6 pm.
