Nancy C. Henthorn

Nancy C. Henthorn, 83, passed away May 16, 2023 at home with her family by her side. Born in Sisterville, WV to Richard and Helen (LeMaster) Harper, she resided in the Akron area all of her adult life. She retired from Baker McMillan with over 40 years of service. Nancy enjoyed NASCAR, going to the Barberton Speedway, trips to Goodwill, crocheting, traveling and spending time with her family and her dog Luke.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her son, Charlie Henthorn; grandson, Steven Henthorn; brother, J.R. LeMaster. She will be sadly missed by her companion 33 years, Ray "Shorty" Fitzwater; children, Kris (Jeff) Tyner, Nancy (Pat) Sumey, Craig (Lisa) Henthorn; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Kayla), Tiffany (Charlie), Patrick (Jen), Melissa (Andy), Jason (Lisa), Stephanie (Jack); many great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter, Everleigh; daughter-in-law, Theresa Henthorn; brother, Victor LeMaster.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Nancy's name to Traditions Hospice.
