Nancy J. Wisor

Nancy J. Wisor
Nancy J. Wisor went home to be with the Lord on May 15, 2009. Nancy was a lifelong resident of Akron, a graduate of Ellet High School, and worked 20 years at S.K. Wellman and retired form Ruscoe Co. She is greatly missed by her sister, Sally (Dick) Haller; brother, Ronald Vigus; nephew, Glenn Haller; nieces, Julie (Greg) Becker and Lisa (Shaun) Setree; great-nephew, Tyler Setree; and her Bonded Blessing, Martha Vigus. Nancy understood the greatest commandment of all was to love one another, and that she did. She will be missed by many friends, neighbors, and members of her church at Redeemer Lutheran.
What is Dying?
I am standing on the seashore. A ship spreads her white sails to the morning breeze, and starts for the ocean. She is an object of beauty, and I stand watching her until at last she fades on the horizon, and someone at my side says, "She is gone." "Gone where?" Gone from my sight, that is all. The loss of sight is in me, not in her, and just at that moment when someone says she is gone, there are others watching her coming, Other voices take up the glad shout, "Here she comes!"
There will be no services at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association, Hospice of VNS, or Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2141 5th St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
