June 8, 1970 — June 23, 2022
Nancy Ranae Loughney, 52, passed away June 23, 2022 following a lengthy illness. Born in Akron, Ohio to Verlin and Julia (Greathouse) Talkington, she was a lifelong area resident. Nancy enjoyed reading, crocheting, scrapbooking, watching her soaps, Christian rock, weekly Bible study with friends and spending time with her family.
Preceded in death by her parents, Nancy will be sadly missed by her husband of 32 years, Donnie; children, Josh, Sarah; sisters, Amy (April) Talkington-Ross, Heidi (Chris) Sankey; nieces, nephews and grand-pets, Comet and Blaze.
Family and friends are invited to visit Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
