Nancy Ann Pfeiffer

Nancy Ann O'Brosky Pfeiffer, age 80, of Akron, Ohio, passed away on January 4, 2021.
She was born on May 27, 1940 in Akron, the daughter of the late Russell and Bertha (nee DuCharme) Bridges.
Mrs. Pfeiffer was retired from Akron Public Schools; a decades-long volunteer for the Multiple Sclerosis Society; and an avid gardener, she loved her flowers.
Other than her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Mike O'Brosky and her 2nd husband, John Pfeiffer; her son, Greg O'Brosky; her sister and her husband, Barb and Jessie Quiroz; her step-son, James Pfeiffer; her step-grandson, Michael Pfeiffer; and her step-great-granddaughter, Quinn Pfeiffer.
Survivors include her son, Jeff O'Brosky and his companion, Sarah Ebie-the daughter she never had; her granddaughter, Christina (Jonothan) Belknap; her step-sons, John (Debbie) Pfeiffer, Thomas (Barbara) Pfeiffer, Richard (Marilyn) Pfeiffer, Robert (Jackie) Pfeiffer and Kathy Pfeiffer; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Her sister, Mary Margaret (Richard) Reichert is also surviving. Nancy's husband's family also survives, George (Joan) Pfeiffer, Joseph (Margaret) Pfeiffer, Edward (Gail) Pfeiffer and Rev. Father Robert Pfeiffer; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends mourn her loss.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Parish, 215 Falls Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221 or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Akron.
Due to Covid 19 there will be a memorial service at a later date.
The family wishes to thank the staff of The Landing of Stow for the care they gave to Nancy.
All arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio.
