Nathan Uzl

Nathan "Nate" Uzl, 19, passed away May 27, 2023 due to complications from an accident. Born in Akron, he was a lifelong area resident. Nate enjoyed fishing, camping, bowling, baseball, his vehicles, dogs, playing left-right-center and spending time with his family and friends.

Nate will be sadly missed by his mom, Shannon (Sam) Buzzacco; his dad, Chris Uzl; sibling, Ry Butcher; grandparents, Harley grandma Anna & Harley papa Marty, Michigan grandma Tammy & papa Steve, nanny Cathy & papa Jim Molnar, Jeff & Tammy Butcher; girlfriend, Taryn; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to visit Friday, June 2, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The celebration of life service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Guests are encouraged to dress casual. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Nate's name to the Animal Charity of Ohio, Inc., 4140 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44512.
