Nell R. Fuller

Nell R. Fuller, 87, passed away on June 27, 2009. She was born on July 9, 1921 in Huntsville, AL. Nell worked at Goodyear air dock as a riveter during WWII and then as a waitress for 40 years until retirement. She was a member of The Chapel and enjoyed playing bridge. Nell was very family oriented and always enjoyed sharing her many family photographs with her friends. She was known as "Babaw" by her grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband George J. Fuller and son David E. Fuller. Survivors include her sons John "Bob" (Ellen) and Michael J. (Dottie); daughter Janet (Tom) Carney; daughter-in-law Mary Ann Fuller; grandchildren Matthew, Michael (Carla), Christopher, Erin, Joanna (Mark), Maggie, John (Elisha), Marc, Katie, Sam, Adam, Sean, and Jessica; great-grandchildren Ryan, Marissa, Michael, Madeline, Evan, Melvin, Brianna, and Bryan; step-brother Todd Lamb; and good friend Char Conley. Special thanks to Hospice of Summa nurses Heather and Yvonne, and nurse Katie. Calling hours will be Wednesday, 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. where a funeral service will be held Thursday at Noon. Interment at Greensburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure or Hospice of Summa.
