Nina Rae Harris (nee Terry)

Nina Rae Harris (nee Terry), 25, passed away on April 30, 2006 after a 2-year courageous battle with cancer. Nina worked at Famous Hair and Best Cuts. She was bubbly, funloving, loved to dance and spend time with her girlfriends. Nina was also a wonderful mom to her precious daughter Andrea. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Buss and Jo Terry; grandfather Tommy Webb; and aunt Toni. Survivors include her father Gene (Lori) Terry; mother Rebecca Louk; husband Jeff; daughter Andrea; brother Mathew; grandmother Wanda Webb; grandparents Jim and Nancy Bates and Fred and Diana Little; nieces Bryanna, Bethany, and Candice; nephews Gaven and Bladon; father-in-law Ray Harris; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and special friends Stephanie and Angie. The family would like to extend special thanks to M50 and the staff of the intensive care unit at Cleveland Clinic. Calling hours will be Wednesday, 4 to 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral service Thursday, 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home, Pastors Dean Troyer and Robert "Butch" Rogers officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
