Noreen M Evans, 75, of Akron, passed away October 28, 2013. She was born in Youngstown, OH on December 21, 1937 to the late Ernest and Lucy Moore. She was a bookkeeper for many years with the Geopfert Co.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Parker and brother, Ernest Moore.
Noreen is survived by her sister, Mary Ellen Hunt; nieces and nephews, Cheri (Anthony) Donofrio, David (Staci) Hunt, Rhonda (Martin) Smith, Tom (Jennifer) Moore, Michael Moore, and Jon Moore.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 9 at 10 a.m. at New Horizons Christian Church, 290 Darrow Rd., Akron, OH 44305 with Pastor Jim Bane officiating. Interment at Green Haven Memorial Gardens, Canfield, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Food Pantry, New Horizons Christian Church.
