Norma Jeanne Harkless

Norma J. Harkless, 80, passed away on January 18, 2023. She was born in Akron, Ohio on January 19, 1942 to the late Alvie and Violet Moore. Norma loved to be outdoors hiking and watching birds. In her free time she enjoyed photography as well as genealogy. Norma retired from Goodyear after many years of dedicated service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Harkless and a brother, Larry Moore.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Bill Lostaglia; step-daughters, Shirley, Sherry and Sharon; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Donna Garrett; sister-in-law, Eilene Moore, and other relatives and friends.

All are invited to visit at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, OH. 44305) on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. with a memorial service to follow promptly at 3:00 p.m.
