Norman G. Chulka

Norman "Norm" G. Chulka, 72, of Akron, passed unexpectedly on August 12, 2018.

Norm was born in Cleveland, Ohio but lived most of his life in the Akron area. He served in the US Navy. Norm worked as a truck driver for Acme for many years where he eventually retired from. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating, and playing lead guitar. Norm enjoyed partying with his family and friends.

Norm was preceded in death by his father, mother, and sister.

He is survived by his companion Cheryl Sherrill; children, Erica, Rachel, and Justin; sister, Sharon; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are welcome to Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, to visit on Wednesday August 22, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm. A military service will take place at 7pm.
