Odie Lee Neale
Odie Lee Neale, 93, of Akron, passed away July 31, 2012. Odie was born in Wingo, Kentucky on April 7, 1919. She retired from Cardinal Plastics after 25 years of service. Odie will always be remembered as a wonderful woman who was quick with a smile and a hug. Her wish was for everyone to love each other. She was very much loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Odie was preceded in death by her husband, George Neale; parents, Arthur and Eina Poyner; daughter, Nancy Rowland; brother, Stanley Poyner; and sisters, Nora Neale and Altie Howard. She is survived by her children, Betty Norman and Larry Neale; grandchildren, Chris, Theresa, and Curt; and other dear relatives and friends.
Family and friends may call on Sunday, August 5 from 4-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
