Orval W. Bole, 96, passed away December 22, 2010. He was a proud member of Plumbers Local 219, and was an avid fisherman and gardener. Orval was preceded in death by his loving wife of 40 years, Bonnie. He is survived by his children, Glen (Sally) Bole, Dorothy (Jim) Orr and James (Mary) Bole; 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Sunday, December 26, from 2 to 4 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a service will be held Monday, December 27, at 1 pm with Pastor Bob Stephens officiating. Burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. The family would like to thank the staff at the Chapel Hill Community, and also to Mercy Hospice for their care of Orval.
