Ovella M. Loudermilk
Ovella M. Loudermilk, 82, of Akron, passed away June 7, 2012. She was born in Vago, West Virginia on September 14, 1929 to the late Roy and Mary Hefner. Ovella was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lynn and sisters, Frankie and Phyllis. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Gene Loudermilk; daughters, Lois (Richard) Hale, Drema (Buddy) Held, Bonnie Sue (Bob) Harney, and Tanya (Brent) Miller; sisters, Sue Hanna and Patricia (Charlie) Bailey; brothers, James (Gladys), Clifford, Roy (Glenda), and Robert (Mary) Hefner; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be Monday, June 11 from 10-12 followed by a 12 noon funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of VNS, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron, OH 44333.
