Pastor C. Gene Jolliff
Pastor C. Gene Jolliff, born June 8, 1937 in Akron, went home to be with the Lord on February 22, 2013. Gene attended the University of Akron and Rhema Bible College. He founded Word of Life and served as the church's pastor for 28 years.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Carol Jolliff; sister, Donna Muegge; children, Dr. Richard (Sharon) Jolliff, Shelise (Michael) Boso, Edwin (Diane) Jolliff, and Robert (Leslie) Jolliff; fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Thank you to family and friends for your many prayers and help.
Calling hours will be Sunday February 24 from 4-8 p.m. at Relentless Church, 1878 Killian Rd., Akron, Ohio 44312 where calling hours will be held Monday from 10-11 followed by an 11 a.m. funeral service. Burial at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gene's family.
