Pastor William Howe

William "Bill" Howe, 62, passed peacefully on Thursday March 2, 2017 at his home in Green, OH with family by his side. Bill was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed playing baseball and basketball. His true passion was serving the Lord and helping others. He started as a praise and worship leader with Christ Community Church. He then devoted 12 years as a Pastor at River of Life Church which he started in Greentown, OH. Bill was employed at Diptech Systems where he enjoyed working alongside his friends and coworkers.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Howe; daughters, Adrienne (Chad) Jones; Danielle Howe; grandsons, Brayden and Hunter Jones; and a host of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to his niece Lisa Kola and Crossroads Hospice. Family will receive friends on Sunday March 5, 2017 from 5-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305.

Celebration of Life will be held on Monday March 6, 2017 at 11am at River of Life Church 3281 State St. NW N. Canton, OH 44720. Pastors Troy Whitecotton and Mike Tanksley officiating. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service. Interment Greenlawn Cemetery.
