Patricia A. "Pat" Rice, 70, passed away on September 2, 2013.
Pat was born on August 16, 1943 to the late William C. and Myrtle (Tomlinson) Arvin. She graduated from Hammel Actual Business College and was currently residing in Akron. She retired as a secretary/bookkeeper, having worked for numerous companies in the Akron area. Pat enjoyed hiking and her dogs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Daniel Lemon. She is survived by her husband, Robert, of 43 years; sister, Mary Lemon; brothers, William and Paul (Mary Lee) Arvin; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Inurnment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
