Patricia A. Albanese

Patricia Ann Albanese, 90, passed away on October 20th, 2023 at the Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center surrounded by her loving family. Pat was born on February 19, 1933 the daughter of the late Arthur and Daisy King. She lived in Akron and was a faithful member of St. Vincent Catholic Church. She retired after working many years at St. Vincent De Paul Parish School.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph; sons Thomas and Joseph; and grandson Ryan.

Pat is survived by her loving family, children Paul (Dorothy), Michael (Brenda), James (Victoria), Marie, and Vincent (Karla); grandchildren Kevin (Stacey), Kelly (James), Christopher (Hillary), Amanda (John), Clifford, Samantha (Jared), Kaitlin (Gregg), and Ariel (Jon); seven great-grandchildren; sisters Judi Fox and Kay Cunard; special cousins Cathy and Lori DeLuca; and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on October 26th, Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron).
Funeral Mass will be held at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church (164 W Market St., Akron) on October 27th, Friday at 11:00am with Fr. Norman Douglas as celebrant.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church or Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center.
