Patricia Ann Dipold, "Pat", age 74 of Akron, Ohio, after a long illness, went home to be with the Lord on Palm Sunday, April 10, 2022 at her home.
She was born on September 23, 1947 in Frankfort, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Raymond and Nancy Josephine (nee Smith) Shepard, she was the last surviving and youngest of ten children.
Pat loved flowers, traveling to Kentucky to visit her relatives and she loved her dog, Brutus.
Survivors include her loving husband, Edward "Ed" Dipold, whom she married on June 6, 1980; her daughter, Tammy Rae Stahler; her grandchildren, Brittany (Alex) Plank and Christopher Stahler; and five great-grandchildren, Kennedy, Cameron, Carson, Kai and Corbin.
Other than her parents, Pat was preceded in death by nine siblings.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44305.
Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 - 2:00 PM.
