Patricia C. "Pat" Duncan

Patricia "Pat" Duncan, 86 of Lakewood, Ohio passed away on June 30, 2024. Pat was born in Akron, Ohio on January 17, 1938.

Pat was a professional in several fields, not retiring until well into her golden years.

Pat loved education and learning, continuing to educate herself even in her later years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed discussing different books with her nephew Michael. Pat loved to research family history and debate different topics, especially politics. She enjoyed listening to many genres of music and she had a heart for all animals.

Pat had a strong bond with her sisters, nieces, and nephews, especially during the holidays. Pat joined the snowbirds, visiting with her sister and brother in-law Barbara and Art also her lifelong friend Micki in Florida and then swooping up to Michigan during the summer.

Pat made lasting beautiful friendships and memories all the way back to childhood. Micki, Connie, and Toni meant the world to her.

Pat was proud of her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed her title as an "Aunt", "Great Aunt", and "Great Great Aunt". She loved her family, keeping up with all the cousins of all the generations.

Pat was preceded in death by her mother and father George and Lavere Duncan; Sister and Brother in-law Barbara and Art Norman; Brother in-law Tony Lorkowski; Nephews Ted and Mike Vargo. Pat is survived by sister Judy Lorkowski; Nephews Gerry, Greg, and Michael; Nieces Theresa (Tom), Toni (Randy), Lori (Norm), Lynne (Shawn), Lisa (Paul); and many great and great great nieces and nephews.

Per Pat's wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the humane society.
