Patricia Lou Gresham

Patricia "Pat" L. Gresham, 83 of Akron, Ohio went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on December 17, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Willoughby, Ohio on November 12, 1940 to the late Wilford L and Betty {Lindsay} Baughman. She is also preceded in death by her stepfather Oscar Rapking, her husband Leonard "Mike" of 64 years; siblings Kay Markley, Diane Coffman, Raymond Baughman and James Baughman. She will be dearly missed by her children Tom (Barb), Ted (Stephanie), Trent (Kim) Denny (Carol), grandchildren Doug, Jim, Matt, Jonathan, Dawn, LeeAnna, Patricia (P.J.), Jessica, Jared, David, Raymond, Alex, and Aaron and 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Also Pat Rader, sister-in-law, whom she loved more like a true sister.

She came to know her Lord and Saviour on October 25, 1970 and loved going to church, being involved and helping others. She spoiled her grandchildren and great grandchildren at every opportunity. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, cooking, canning, making chocolates and baking. Her Christmas cookies, especially her cut-outs were enjoyed by everyone and a tradition that all looked forward to.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 6:00 pm Friday, December 22, 2023 with a funeral service at 6:00 pm, officiated by Pastor Joe Cosentino at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N Canton Road, Akron, OH; interment at Rose Hill Burial Park on Saturday at 11:00 am.
