Patricia A Hart

Patricia Ann (Johnson) Hart, age 75, lifelong resident of Akron, Ohio, passed away on June 10, 2022. She was born in Akron, Ohio on August 7, 1946 to the late Harold and Geraldine Johnson (Gooden). Pat was a woman of faith and was a member of the Oakhill Presbyterian Church in Ellet. She spent her life working as a bank teller at First Merit/Huntington Bank until her retirement in 2009. Pat loved flowers and watching the hummingbirds come to her feeder at home. She could sit out there for hours looking at her flowers and watching the birds.

Pat leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of nearly 56 years, Ronnie Hart, her children, Michelle Frase and Donald (Wendy) Hart; grandchildren Jamie Foster, Nicholas Frase (Angelina Pesa), Lindsey Frase (Caleb Myers) and Gavin Hart; four great grandchildren, Josephina Yambar, Isabella Frase, Harlyn Myers and Grayson Frase. Pat will be greatly missed by her friends of many years, Donna Lute, Barbara Crozier, Nancy Cooper and niece Brenda Shackelford. They were all so close to her heart.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her siblings Virginia Payne, Robert Johnson, William Johnson and Marjorie Johnson.

Calling hours will take place on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home located at 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, Ohio from 10:00am - 12:00pm. Funeral service will be held directly after calling hours at 12:00pm. A celebration of Pat's life will be held from 12:30pm-3:30pm at Oakhill Presbyterian Church located at 2406 Ardwell Avenue, Akron, Ohio 44312.
