Patricia Sue Lesko

Patricia Sue Lesko, 82, of Akron, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on January 26, 2023. She was born on March 20, 1940 in Williamson, West Virginia. She graduated from Cleveland Shaw High School, and went on to join the United States Air Force where she worked as a communication specialist.

Pat was a very loving and kind woman who spent her life committed to Christ. She most recently belonged to Grace Community Fellowship. She loved being outside, animals, doing word searches and was a passionate cook. Her old fashioned baked mac and cheese and cornbread will be dearly missed. She was also a lover of game shows. Above all, Pat cherished spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Ruby Hicks; sisters, Jodi and Billie; and uncle, Sam.

She will be deeply missed by her husband of 47 years, Edward Lesko; sons, Paul Triplett (Laura), Jonathan (Kara) Triplett, and Robert (Rhonda) Lesko; grandchildren, Jared Triplett (Mercedes) and Emily Lesko; favorite cousin, Jackie Stewart; and many other cousins, extended family members and friends.

Pat will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273 on February 10, 2023 at 11:15am. If you would like to join her family, please meet at the entrance of the cemetery to process to the committal shelter no later than 11:10am.
