Patricia M. "Patty" Smoot-Jeffrey, 48, passed away on October 30, 2011. Patty had been employed at Fed-Ex. She was a member of the Kiwanis Club. She was a loving mother who always put her children and grandchildren first. Patty enjoyed her 2 dogs, and most of all, time spent with her precious family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Ann Price; her father, Bill Jeffrey. Survivors include her loving companion, Jon Flaherty; daughters, Ashley Nelson, Annie Smoot, Elaura Flaherty, Hannah Flaherty; son, Aaron Nelson; 4 grandchildren; sister, Kathy Gaertner-Beers. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
