Patricia Ann Molnar

Patricia Ann Molnar, 75, passed away May 3, 2024 after an extended illness. Born in Akron, Ohio to Max and Verna (Sample) Smathers, she was a lifelong area resident and graduated from East High School in 1966. Pat enjoyed her cats, attending FEC church, cooking, watching TV, the Beatles, reading and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her daughter, Becky Molnar, who was her precious little angel. Pat will be sadly missed by her siblings, Don (Cathy) Smathers, Tim Smathers; niece, Jennifer (Jon) Allen; nephews, Jeff Smathers, Jason (Krystle) Smathers; son, Steve Molnar.

Family and friends are invited to visit Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 2 to 4 p.m. at First Evangelical Congregational Church, 369 E. Woodsdale Ave, Akron, OH 44301. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pat's name may be made to the church.
