Patricia Ruby

Patricia "Pat" Ruby, 70, went home to be with the Lord on November 12, 2017. A lifelong resident of Akron, Pat was born January 26, 1947 to late parents Frank and Helen Blemenschutz. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Frank. She is survived by her children, Jennifer Ruby, Jim Ruby, and Paula Gladin; grandson, Jason Gladin; great-granddaughter, Emma Gladin; sister, Tina Blemenschutz; brother, Tom Blemenschutz; and beloved kitty, Toby.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron with visitation from 1:00 - 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to an animal rescue of your choice.
