Patricia M. "Pat" Unrue, age 93, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2024 at Continuing Healthcare of Cuyahoga Falls. She was born on January 3, 1931 to James and Harriet (nee Ryan) Charles in Pittsburgh, PA.
Pat worked as a dietary aide before her retirement.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church for many years. She was also an avid dog lover and always contributed to different animal rescue groups such as the Humane Society, ASPCA and dogs for the blind.
Patricia is survived by her loving children, Sheree (Dan) Butcher, Jennie Unrue and Darlene Whitely; grandchildren, Steven Snider and Kayleigh Snider; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four sisters and four brothers.
Per Pat's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a Celebration of Pat's Life to be announced at a later date.
Memorials in Pat's name are suggested to an animal organization of your choice.
