Patricia Williams

Pat Williams, 86, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away peacefully into the arms of her God on December 28, 2013.

Born in Wellsburg, WV on August 15, 1927. Pat was a quiet, gentle soul who never said an unkind word to anyone. She taught her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren how to live and love by example. She had a great sense of humor and was happiest when surrounded by family. She was a devoted Christian a member of Southeast Church of the Nazarene.

She was preceded in death by parents, Bill and Pearl Wallace; brothers, Gene, Jim and Harry Wallace; sister, Florence Costea; 2 sisters who passed away in infancy; and her beloved husband, Bob Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memory children, Pat (Dennis) Kadar, of Tallmadge, Bob (Myra) Williams, of North Carolina; and Vicki Martin, of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Amanda (Rob) Cunningham, of Youngstown, Christina (Joe) Faust, of Akron, Jeffrey Martin, of Pensacola, FL, Daniel (Jen) Martin, of Groton, CT, and Paige (Joey) Owen of North Carolina; great-grandchildren, Anthony and Jacob Cunningham and Mia Faust; brother, Vic (Lucy) Wallace, of Harrisburg, PA; sisters-in-law, Barb and Marie Wallace and Ene Williams, of Harrisburg, PA; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Chris Allison and the amazing staff of Hospice of Visiting Nurse Services, Norma, Stephanie, Jenn, and Donna.

Calling hours will be Friday, 5-8 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a funeral service will be held Saturday at Noon. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park.
