Patrick Manthe

Patrick C. Manthe of Lakemore went to be with the Lord on May 28, 2005 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Patrick served as a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam War. He was a lifetime member of the Airport VFW Post 8975 and the Army-Navy Post 273. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Laura Manthe and son, Clifton Henry Cutlip. He leaves behind his loving wife of 24 years, Carol Manthe; son, Brian (Lisa) Cutlip; daughter, Christina (Don) Legg; grandchildren, Tailor Adorni, Makayla and Cameron Cutlip; mother-in-law, Eva Heft; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenny and Diana Heft, Sandy and Darrell Coontz, Bob and Betty Heft, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park with military honors provided by Airport VFW Post 8975.
