Patsy Ann Somerville

Patsy Ann Somerville was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania on March 5, 1947 to James and Emmaline Dennis. She entered into the Arms of her loving husband, Glenn "Buss" Somerville on April 16, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Patsy enjoyed her life to the fullest, including playing Yahtzee with her grandchildren, crafts and eating at her favorite restaurants. She loved family gatherings...we will miss her forever.

Patsy will be sadly missed by her sons, Michael (Tressa), Chuckie (Lisa); grandchildren, CJ (Allyssa), Chad (Ashley), Gared (Jaden), Lacey (Quincy); precious great granddaughter, Zoey; sister-in-law, Linda McGovern; step-sons, Ronnie, Donnie (Shelly); other grandchildren, Colton (Jada), Haley; best friends, Edie Brinley, Nancy Shaffer, Helen Bohoff; cat companions, Buttercup, Butterscotch; many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank caregiver, Tressa Cozart for the love and companionship she showed to Patsy. They also want to thank Davita Dialysis Center of Summa, Dr. Jack and the staff of Summa Wound Center and the staff at Summa Akron City ICU.

Family and friends are invited to visit Monday, April 22, 2024 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The funeral service will take place Tuesday, April 23 at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
