Paul Anthony Oshinsky, Jr.
Paul Anthony Oshinsky, Jr., 71, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away March 6, 2013. He was born in Poland, Pennsylvania on December 15, 1941 to the late Paul Anthony Oshinsky, Sr. and Pearl Marie Oshinsky (Sabo). He was also preceded in death by his sister, Patricia; brother, Philip; and great-granddaughter, Abigail.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Elsie; son, Paul (Rebecca); daughter, Veronica; grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, Tiffany, Zachary, Dalton, Eric; great-grandson, Daniel; brother, Philip; sister, Pearl Rose; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Paul graduated from Uniontown High School in Uniontown, PA. He moved to Akron at the age of eighteen to further his education and graduated college before working at Reuther Mold. He later worked for Ford Motor Co. in Walton Hills and retired after 33 years as a tool and die maker and leader. He loved spending time with his family and was always full of stories to keep them laughing. Paul was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He will be sadly missed by everyone whose lives he touched.
Visitation will be Sunday March 10 from 1-4 followed by a 4:00 p.m. funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, with Pastor Robert Webb officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
