Paul retired from the City of Akron in December of '85. He and Edie were longtime members of Community Baptist Church in Akron. In his free time, Paul enjoyed riding his trike around town, visiting friends and family, and even taking a trip out west. He thrived on connection, great conversation and celebrating milestones in his families' lives. Paul and a group of friends met for breakfast each day for decades, first at McDonald's, and in more recent years, at The Farmer Boy restaurant. His genuine, warm spirit will be incredibly missed by those who had the chance to love him.
