Paul Desure

Paul DeSure, 80, of Akron, passed away on July 2, 2024. He was born in Los Angeles, CA on October 9, 1943 to the late Maxwell and Roberta {Blasdel} DeSure.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his son Mark DeSure, brother Victor DeSure and sister Delores (Ronnie) Lewis.

Paul is survived by his loving daughters Vicki (Tony) DeSure, Paula DeSure, Terri (Dave) Allen and Robin DeSure; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

Paul was an Elder Emeritus at New Horizons Christian Church. He had a 46-year career with Babcock & Wilcox, starting from two weeks after his Hower High School graduation in 1963 until his retirement in 2009.

All are welcome to visit at New Horizons Christian Church, 290 Darrow Rd. Akron, OH 44305 on Wednesday, July 10th from 10:00 a.m. until the service that begins at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ali Miguel officiating. Interment to follow the service at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
