Paul F. Greenwell

Paul F. Greenwell, 84, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2020. Born in Akron, Ohio to James and Mabel (Berchi) Greenwell, he was a lifelong area resident. He was a member of Springfield Baptist Church as well as the Retired Teamsters Fellowship Club.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Betty L. Greenwell; daughter in-law, Lyn Greenwell; son in-law, Jerry Wieland; grandson, Brandon Pugh. He will be sadly missed by children, Linda (Elmer) Baker, Tammy Jo (Larry) Pugh; Paul Greenwell, Jr., Connie Wieland, Jimmy (Melody) Greenwell, Michelle Greenwell; stepchildren, Amelia (Neal) Robinson, Barbara (Steve) Berecek, Belinda (Tom) Ciani, Susan Giamo, Lliana Mobley, Glen Wayne (Sondra) Sellers, Edwin (Rosie) Sellers; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The funeral service will immediately follow at 12 noon. Please expect to wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery in Mogadore. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Paul's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
