Paul F. Howiler, 70, of Kimbolton, stepped into Heaven on December 27, 2018. Paul was born on December 14, 1948 in Akron, Ohio. Paul loved sports and coaching his children. He loved the Browns, the teams his son-in-law coached, and whatever sports his grandchildren were involved with. He loved spending time outside and feeding all of the wildlife. Paul never met a stranger and often gave those around him nicknames that lasted forever.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Teresa Howiler.
Left to cherish Paul's memory are his wife, Sheryl Martin; children, Kristen (Bobby), Karen (Erik), Kelly (Curtis), Tony (Courtney), and their mother, Eileen Mollica, Duane (Odessa), and Troy (Mandy); siblings, Jim (Susan), and Mary Ann; grandchildren, Brendon, Brianna, Remington, Maddie, Macy, Livvie, Mallory, Joey, Tyler, Cedric, Alex, and Drew; bonus grandchildren, Gage and Sydney; great-grandchild, Ashton; and numerous friends and family members.
Friends and family are welcome to Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, to visit on January 2, 2019 from 3pm until 6pm, with a prayer service to follow at 6pm. Inurnment to take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Akron Children's Hospital or United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation in honor of his grandson, Joey Ricci.
