Paul D. Klapp

Paul D. Klapp, 75, of Akron, Ohio, went home to be with his Lord and Savior December 13, 2021. Paul was born April 11, 1946, to Guy, Sr., and Sarah (Wallace) Klapp. Paul faithfully served God at The Sanctuary in Akron. He was devoted to the church and he enjoyed working the food pantry. He was a humble man who would do anything for anyone without hesitation. He is survived by son, David (Kristen); daughter, Wendy Scanlon (Stephen); many grandchildren, great grandchildren; siblings, Delores Meredith, and Nancy Chalker. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Harold, Wallace, Ruth Parton, Guy, Francis Brown, Wanda Nitzsche. Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, January 22nd at The Sanctuary, 847 Lakewood Blvd, Akron, OH 44314 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. with Pastor John Klapp officiating.
