Paul A. Nuzum, 74, of Akron passed away Saturday December 16, 2006. Paul was a member of Teamsters Union 24 on Grant Street for 24 years. Paul is a dearly loved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is preceded in death by his parents J Dallas and Pearl M Nuzum and brother Raymond J Nuzum. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Mildred (Hansen) Nuzum; daughters Ruth (Donald) Johnston, Julie (Michael) Bodish, Cindy (Donald) Johnston; sons David J Nuzum and J Dallas Nuzum (Teresa Kelly); sister Ruth Ray; brothers Albert (Ellene) Nuzum, Carl (Lois) Nuzum, Richard (Della) Nuzum; 13 grand children; 6 great grand children; many special nieces and nephews and his four legged babies Penny and Peanut. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N Canton Rd, Akron with Pastor Arthur Magnuson officiating. Family and friends may call on Monday from 3 - 8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
