Paul E. Troyer

Paul E. Troyer, 72, of Akron, passed away on December 13, 2016. He was born in Hartville, OH on May 20, 1944 to the late Eli and Fannie Lee Troyer.
Paul was a talented carpenter and a devoted member of Temple Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brother, Vernon Troyer. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Gwen; children, Debbie (Terry) Mackey, Marcia Doane, and Sheryl (Chuck) Sklare; brother, Levi Troyer; sister, Anna Mae Griffin; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 18, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral services will be Monday, December 19, 2016 at 12:00 noon with visitation for one hour prior at Temple Baptist Church, 1212 Greensburg Rd., Green, OH 44232. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Temple Baptist Church.
