Paula M. King

Paula M. King lost her courageous battle with cancer and passed away peacefully on October 12, 2018. Born on September 13, 1943, Paula was a lifelong resident of Akron, Ohio. She adored her family, hosting many parties especially during the holidays, and she lived life to the fullest.

Paula is survived by her husband of 45 years, Thomas King; son, Jim (Cathy) Tenney; grandchildren, Latasha, Carmen, Sophia, Louis, Dominic, Angelo; great-grandchildren, Giauna, Jordyn; sisters, Toni (Bob) Martz, Vicki (Ron) Drushal, Marie (Eric) Christenson; and many loved nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother, Amelia Ruggieri; Father, Michael Ruggieri; brothers, Michael Ruggieri, Joseph Riggieri.

Calling hours will be October 20, 2018 from 1-3pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio 44305. Memorial service will begin at 3pm. A reception following the service will be held at First Lutheran Evangelical Church, 249 2nd St. SW, Barberton, Ohio 44203.
