Pauline Francis England

Pauline F. England, 91 of Akron passed away peacefully at Kent Ridge Senior Living on Friday, February 17, 2023. She was born in Iaeger, WV on July 9, 1931 to the late Henry and Gladys Howard.

In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Buck" England, grandsons Michael Shane Ryan and Logan Hannum, and all seven of her siblings.

Pauline will always be loved and dearly missed by her children John (Diane) England, Ron (Jayne) England, Brenda (Mike) Zemla and Trisha (Mike) Ryan; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Pauline was a fabulous made-from-scratch cook, and she loved to teach her family her tips, canning tricks and favorite recipes. Her second favorite pastime was caring for her flowers, and her lush gardens were proof that she had the greenest thumbs in town. Everyone who knew Pauline, though, knew that above all, her family was her greatest love. The five generations that grew from Pauline and Buck's love are at peace, knowing they are together again.

All are welcome to visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305 on Thursday, February 23 from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral service begins at 4:30 p.m. with Pastor Ed Carter officiating.
