Pauline Theresa Corrigan, 79, of Uniontown, passed away March 16, 2011. She was born in Charleston, West Virginia on November 28, 1931. Pauline graduated from East High School in 1950 and retired as a telephone operator at Akron General Medical Center after 33 years of service. She was a longtime member of the Akron Baptist Temple. In her free time, Pauline loved being with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Helen Bohoff; brothers, Louis and William Bohoff; father-in-law, Royle F. Corrigan, Sr.; and mother-in-law, Florence (Gene) Kelly. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 53 years, William Corrigan, Sr.; children, Debi (Bill) Oles, Bobby (Linda) Corrigan, and Bill Corrigan, Jr.; grandchildren, Brandon (Racheal) Oles, Ben Oles, Allison (Scott) Arnett, Tiffany (Shane) Roberson, Doti Johnson, and Caitlin Corrigan; great-grandchildren, Corrigan Johnson, Leah Arnett, Gavin Arnett, and Megan Oles; sister, Jeannie (Ray) Manzella; and brother-in-law, Royle F. (Geneva) Corrigan. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-5 followed by a 5:00 p.m. funeral service, Rev. Dallas Billington officiating, at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron, OH 44333.
