Phillip E. Brown
Phillip E. Brown, 56, went home to be with his Lord, the Master of all his seas on October 23, 2006. Phillip was a faithful member of Ernest Angley's Grace Cathedral since 1972 where he served as Head Usher. It was his greatest pleasure to greet and to welcome friends and visitors to the house of the Lord. Phillip was a member of the 1968 graduating class of Field High School and served in the United States Army from 1969 - 1971. He was employed for 35 years with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company within the Industrial Products Division. He will be deeply missed by his devoted wife, Yvonne and loving daughter, Kerry (Joseph DiFranco). He is also survived by his parents, Edmond and Mary Brown; and brother, Karl Brown; as well as many other relatives. Funeral service will be on Saturday at 1:00 at Ernest Angley's Grace Cathedral, 2700 State Rd., Cuyahoga Falls with Rev. Robert Hoffman and Rev. Brock Miller officiating followed by interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends at the Cathedral on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. prior to the service.
