Phillip Mark Tice, age 60 of Newark, Ohio passed away into his eternal rest on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Seasons Nursing in Stow, Ohio. He was born on October 29, 1961, a son of the late Noah and Betty Tice.
In addition to his parents, Phil was preceded in death by his brothers David Tice and Noah Tice III, both of Newark, Ohio.
He is survived by his three children, two sons and one daughter Christopher Tice, Jeremy Tice and Victoria M. Tice, all of Newark, Ohio and one brother Steven Tice of Tampa, Florida.
