Phyllis Woodarski, 79, passed away at home peacefully on November 3, 2017. She was born in Warren, OH on November 2, 1938 to late parents, Harold and Margaret Chittenden. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Edward Woodarski. Phyllis is survived by her children, Gene (Anne) Brandt, Pete Brandt, and Todd Brandt; grandchildren, Amber, Jeremy, Christina, Alexis, Olivia, Adam, and Brittany; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Logan, Luke, Charlie, Lincoln, Ava Lynn, and Carter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 5:00 - 8:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral service will take place at 11:30am on Thursday, November 9, 2017 with visitation from 10:00 - 11:30am. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery to follow.
