Pierce A. Moseley
Pierce A. Moseley, 87, crossed peacefully over with family and friends at his side on November 25, 2008. He was met on the other side by his dear mother and father Elizabeth and Thomas Moseley; his son Kenneth; brothers George, Carl, Robert, and A.J.; sisters Mae, Doris, Louise, and Daisy. He will be remembered for his kind and caring ways, and his generous, forgiving spirit. He is survived by his beloved wife Marie, of 66 years; daughters Sheila Moseley and Carren (Keith) Mattix; son Roger; brother Ralph (Dorothy); 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. Calling hours will be Sunday, 2-6 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Funeral service Monday, 11 a.m. at the Akron Baptist Temple. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Summa.
