Ralph "Doug" Snyder
Ralph "Doug" Snyder, 55, passed away suddenly on December 26, 2008. Doug was born in Charleston, West Virginia on October 28, 1953. He was employed at Parker Fabricating in Akron for 30 years. In his free time, Doug enjoyed riding his Harley and was a member of the HOG Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Reba and niece, Jessica. He will be deeply missed by his children, Kyle (Angela) Snyder, Angie Snyder, Adrianne, Maureen, and Kevin Pike; siblings, Brenda (Don) Johnson, of Tallmadge and Chuck Snyder, Archie (Janice) Snyder, and Vivian Long, all of Columbus; grandchildren, Samantha and Tyler; many other relatives and friends. Doug's unconditional love and sense of humor will never be forgotten by those who knew him. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 7 p.m. followed by a 7 p.m. funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd.
