Ramona M. Morgan

Ramona M. Morgan. 94, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2023. Born in Akron, Ohio to John and Leona (Nestleroad) Langley, she was a lifelong area resident. Ramona retired from Carter Jones Lumber Company and was a member of Wedgewood United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling on over 110 cruises and spending time with her family. Ramona also liked attending concerts at Hartville with her friend, Cleta, getting her hair done every Wednesday by Sherry and spontaneous driving adventures in Austin's jeep and Christian's convertible. She loved her Pepsi, eggo waffles and of course, always eating dessert first.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lohr and in later years, her companion, Alexander Duncan French; also her brother, Ramon Langley. Ramona will be sadly missed by her brother, Tom (Virginia) Langley; grandson, Jeff (Heather) French; great grandchildren, Christian, Austin, Lucas and Matthew French; also her family in Texas.

A graveside service will take place Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 3 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 2580 Romig Rd., Akron, OH 44320. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Ramona's name to the Humane Society of Summit County.
