Raymond A. Tanner III
Raymond A. Tanner III, 38, of Green, passed away May 10, 2008. He was born October 31, 1969 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Raymond was a devoted husband, father, and friend. He enjoyed hunting with his daughter and coaching his son's football teams. He is preceded in death by his mother, Birdeanna F. Tanner and grandparents, Frances and Violet Childers. He is survived by his wife, Brenda M. Tanner; daughter ,Asia M. Tanner; son, Frankie R. Tanner; sister, Tina (Ralph) Beach; brother, Randy (Karen) Tanner; uncle, Steven Childers; father and mother -in law, Wayne (Nora) Groves; brothers-in law, Kevin (Becky) Groves, and Chris Groves; and best friend, Tony Norman. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 14 at 1:00 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Scott Campbell officiating. Calling hours will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 13, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at East Liberty Cemetery.
